摘要
为提高学员分析、利用和驾驭地形的能力,适应部队实战化训练对学员能力素质提出的新要求,以军事地形学教学训练中存在的问题为抓手,深化军事地形学教学改革研究与探索,从教学内容、方法手段、组训模式、保障条件、教员能力素养和考核评价机制等方面,提出多元化军事地形学教学改革思路,并以教学系统多要素融合路径为契合点,强化教学实践应用,以快速提升学员识图用图能力。
To improve the students’ability to analyze and utilize the terrain so as to prepare them for the combat-oriented training,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching and training of military topography for NCO and puts forward the suggestions in terms of teaching content and methods,training mode,support conditions,teachers’qualities as well as the test and evaluation system.It also suggests that different elements be integrated into a system and practice and application be emphasized in improving students’ability to read and utilize maps.
