摘要
为进一步厘清科研与教学工作的关系,发挥科学研究在军队院校教育教学中的积极作用,从时代定位、一体融合、学科支撑、质量提升4个方面,系统阐述科研工作的功能作用、存在问题及对策建议,为提升院校学科建设、人才培养、服务强军质量提供理论支撑。
In order to further clarify the relationship between scientific research and teaching work and give full play to the positive role of scientific research in the education and teaching of military academies,this paper systematically expounds the function,existing problems and countermeasures of scientific research work from four aspects:era orientation,integration,discipline support,and quality improvement,so as to provide theoretical support for improving the quality of discipline construction,talent training,and strengthening the army.
