摘要
为有效提高汽车驾驶员队伍建设水平,确保部队完成重大行动任务,在对新形势下汽车驾驶员队伍建设要求分析的基础上,详细阐述驾驶员“选、训、用、管、留”5个方面出现的新问题,提出更新思维理念把严选调关、尊重训练规律把严训练关、坚持训用一致把优使用关、刚性落实制度把严管理关、健全完善机制把全保留关5条对策建议。
In order to effectively improve the construction level of the automobile driver team and ensure that the army can complete major operational tasks,this paper firstly analyzes the requirements for the construction of automobile driver team under the new situation.Then,it expounds the new problems in five aspects of selection,training,use,management,and retention.Finally,it puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions to provide ideas for improving the construction of automobile drivers,such as updating the thinking concept for selection,respecting the training law,adhering to the consistency of training and use,implementing the strict management system,and perfecting the retention mechanism.
