二级增压柴油机增压调节参数和喷油参数变海拔工况协同优化

Collaborative Optimization of Supercharging Regulation Parameters and Fuel Injection Parameters of Two-stage Supercharged Diesel Engine under Variable Altitude Conditions

摘要 针对以柴油机为代表的动力机械在变海拔工况下应用时,易出现油气匹配失调、燃烧恶化现象,造成柴油机高海拔动力性和经济性下降等问题,采用基于遗传算法的协同优化方法和基于拉丁超立方体采样算法的试验设计,对增压调节参数和喷油参数进行协同优化,获得变海拔工况下增压调节参数(高、低压级VGT叶片开度和增压压力)与喷油参数(喷油定时、循环喷油量和共轨压力)最佳MAP。仿真结果表明:5500 m海拔下双VGT二级可调增压柴油机与单级增压柴油机相比,最大转矩提升31.4%,额定功率提升22.5%;双VGT二级可调增压柴油机在海拔5500 m高度下最大转矩恢复至平原条件下的86.4%;额定功率恢复至88.9%,变海拔工况性能明显提升。 In view of the problems that the mismatch of oil and gas and the deterioration of combustion in the power machinery represented by diesel engine at variable altitude,which results in the decrease of power and economy of diesel engine at high altitude,this paper firstly optimizes the supercharging adjustment parameters and fuel injection parameters with the collaborative optimization method based on genetic algorithm and the experimental design based on Latin hypercube sampling algorithm.Then,it obtains optimum MAP of the supercharging adjustment parameters(high and low pressure VGT blades opening and supercharging pressure)and fuel injection parameters(injection timing,circulating injection volume and common rail pressure)at variable altitude.The simulation results show that the maximum torque and rated power of the dual VGT two-stage adjustable supercharged diesel engine are increased by 31.4%and 22.5%respectively compared with single stage supercharged diesel engine at 5500 m altitude.The maximum torque of dual VGT two-stage adjustable supercharged diesel engine at 5500 m height is 86.4%of that under plain condition.The rated power is restored to88.9%,and the performance under variable altitude conditions is significantly improved.
