铁路动车组安置伤病员的通用方法

摘要 为战时动员实施大批量伤病员后送提供坚实的物质基础,在分析动车组伤病员安置适应性的基础上,提出普通动车组安置伤病员的两种技术途径,通过座椅安装类型及其对伤病员安置的影响分析,研究设计一种通用化方法。实例验证表明,该方法适用于主流动车组,简便易行,充分利用客室空间,伤病员安置可靠,过道通行和途中护理便利,为紧急情况下熟练掌握不同型号动车组的伤病员安置流程和实施大批量伤病员后送提供了技术支撑。 To provide a solid material foundation for wartime mobilization and implementation of mass casualty evacuation,this paper firstly analyzes the adaptability of electric mutiple unit(EMU)for wounded placement.Then,it proposes two technical approaches for common multiple unit casualty placement,and designs a general method through the analysis of the seat installation type and its impact on wounded placement.The case validation results show that this method is convenient and easy to operate for commonly-used EMUs,which has three features of maximal use of passenger compartment space,reliable placement of the wounded,and sound convenience for passage and en-route medical care.This method provides technical support for familiarizing with casualty placement process for different types of EMUs and implementing mass casualty evacuation in emergency situations.
