摘要
文中隧道采用矿山法结合盾构法进行施工,在二衬施工完成后,如何在洞内完成盾构始发反力装置是一个技术难题。经过考虑和借鉴工程实例后,决定在已施工完成的二衬上预埋钢板对反力架进行安装加固,盾构千斤顶的水平推力作用于反力架钢环,再通过焊接的工字钢使反力架上的力传递于二衬和围岩。同时,在二衬拱顶预埋拆除负环管片钢板,在大型起重设备无法在洞内吊装的工况下完成负环拆除。
This tunnel is constructed by mine method combined with shield method. After the completion of the second lining construction, it is a technical problem how to complete the initial reaction device of shield tunnel. After considering and referring to engineering examples, it is decided to install and reinforce the reaction frame by embedded steel plate on the completed second lining. The horizontal thrust of shield jack acts on the steel ring of the reaction frame, and then the force of the reaction frame is transmitted to the second lining and surrounding rock through the welded I-beam. At the same time, the negative ring pipe sheet steel plate is embedded in the second lining vault to complete the negative ring removal under the condition that the large lifting equipment cannot be lifted in the hole.
