摘要
文中提出了一种在确定单位和分部工程指标后的审核模型,说明了基于LSSVM的造价合理性审核模型的设计原理与方法,并以南通市中创区某项目为例,阐明这一模型从数据准备到合理性审核的具体应用。经分析发现,基于LSSVM的造价合理性审核模型具备可操作性,可作为建筑工程造价合理性审核工作的辅助工具。
This paper proposes an audit model after determining the indicators of unit and divisional works,explains the design principle and method of the cost rationality audit model based on LSSVM,and takes a project in Nantong Zhongchuang District as an example to illustrate the specific application of this model from data preparation to rationality audit.Through analysis,it is found that the cost rationality audit model based on LSSVM is operable and can be used as an auxiliary tool for the construction project cost rationality audit.
