复杂工况条件下微顶管施工的顶力计算与分析

摘要 为了分析软土地层复杂工况条件下微顶管施工的工艺参数,文中以福建省厦门市灌口后溪片区排水管网改造工程为例,基于现有的顶管施工技术规程对微顶管顶进施工的总顶力进行理论计算,对微顶管施工影响范围内地表的竖向变形进行监测,将其与理论参数关联、对比分析。结果表明,周围环境土体主要受到管道顶进顶力大小与不同管径管道覆土厚度的共同作用而发生变形,施工前应根据不同管道的覆土厚度分别计算顶力及顶进速度,合理选择施工机械,控制顶力与顶进速度,最大限度优化施工效率。 In order to analyze the process parameters of micro jacking pipe construction under complex working conditions in soft soil layers,this article takes the drainage pipe network renovation project in the Houxi area of Guankou,Xiamen,Fujian Province as an example.Based on the existing pipe jacking construction technical regulations,the total jacking force of micro jacking pipe construction is theoretically calculated,and the vertical deformation of the surface within the influence range of micro jacking pipe construction is monitored.It is correlated with theoretical parameters and compared and analyzed.The results indicate that the surrounding soil is mainly deformed by the combined effect of the jacking force of the pipeline and the thickness of the soil covering different diameter pipelines.Before construction,the jacking force and jacking speed should be calculated separately based on the soil covering thickness of different pipelines,and the construction machinery should be reasonably selected to control the jacking force and velocity,in order to maximize the optimization of construction efficiency.
