摘要
文中以长沙城市更新规划为例,分析了亟待更新建设的城区现状,探讨了基于公众利益的城市更新理念与目标,聚焦历史文化、民生人居和产业功能等方面问题,从优化城市空间结构的整体规划着手,落脚于促进历史名城的有机更新、构筑民生保障的安全底线和推进安全绿色的产业布局等三个方面,具体阐述了城市更新的实践措施,从而促进公众利益的最大化。
Taking the urban renewal planning of Changsha as an example,this paper analyzes the curent situation of the urban areas that need to be updated and constructed,discusses the concept and objectives of urban renewal based on the public interest,and focuses on the.issues of historical culture,people's livelihood and industrial functions.Based on this,starting from the overall planning of optimizing the urban spatial structure,this paper focuses on three aspects:promoting the organic renewal of historic cities,building the safety bottom line of people's livelihood security and promoting the safe and green industrial layout,and specifically expounds the practical measures of urban renewal,so as to promote the maximization of public interests.
