高风险地质区域挤压式盾构隧道施工技术研究

摘要 由于挤压式盾构对周围土体的扰动较大,穿越建筑物或断裂层时,若操作不当,盾构的推进就会对其造成破坏。文中研究了高风险地质区域挤压式盾构隧道施工技术,结合某地铁隧道工程实例,从理论上分析了施工区域高风险地质以及工艺挤压原理,总结出先注浆加固处理溶洞后控制盾构挤压掘进的施工工艺流程,并提出挤压式盾构隧道施工技术特点及实践时应注意的问题,为类似的高风险地质区域隧道施工提供技术参考。 Due to the large disturbance of the extrusion shield to the srurounding soil,if the operation is improper when crossing theb uilding or the fault layer,the propulsion of the shield will cause damage to them,and the construction technology of the extrusion shield tunnel in high-risk geological areas is studied.Combined with a subway tunnel engineering example,theoretically analyzes the construction area of high risk geological and process extrusion principle,summarizes the first grouting reinforcement treatment after the controol f shield extrusion tunneling construction process,and put forward the extrusion shield tunnel construction technology characteristics and problems should be paid attention to when practice,for similar high risk geological area tunnel construction to provide technical reference.
