摘要
为了更加准确地检测热轧带肋钢筋的抗拉强度,避免受到外界众多因素的干扰,在检测时有必要给出钢筋的不确定报告,此次研究以实际项目所用的18mm直径热轧带肋钢筋为例,建立数学分析模型,给出了对钢筋抗拉强度检测结果造成影响不确定度分量,并计算了分量的贡献度,最后得出扩展不确定度u为5.68MPa,并将钢筋抗拉强度不确定度报告表示成:Rm=(618±5.68)MPa,提高了钢筋强度检测的精准度,为相关工程提供借鉴。
In order to detect the tensile strength of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars more accurately and avoid the interference of many external factors,it is necessary to give an uncertainty report of the steel bars during the detection.This study takes the 18mm diameter hot-rolled ribbed steel bars used in the actual project as an example,esatblishes a mathematical analysis model,gives the uncertainty ocmponents of the impact on the tensile strength test results of the steel barsa,nd calculates the contribution of the components,Finally,itis concluded that the expanded uncertainty u is 5.68 MPa,and the uncertainty reporto f tensile strength of reinforcement is expressed as Rm(=618±5.68)MPa,which improves the accuracy of reinforcement strength detection and provides guidance and reference for relevant projects.
