摘要
文中提出基于信息化技术的房地产建筑工程管理研究,结合信息化技术,优化多项目资源配置;将工程项目分为前期阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段,实施工程项目全生命周期质量管理;从五个子流程入手,实现房地产建筑项目风险管理。试验结果表明,信息化技术的应用不仅可以将各工序完成时间控制在规定要求范围内,也能避免施工质量、进度、安全等方面的风险。
This paper puts forward the research of real estate construction engineering management based on information technology.Combined with information technology,optimize the allocation of multi-project resources;The project is divided into preliminary stage,design stage,construction stage and completion stage,and the whole ilfe cycle quality management of the project is implemented.Starting from five sub-processes,realize the risk management of multi-project real estate construction.The experimental results show thatt he application of information technology can not only control the completion itme of each process within the specified range,but also avoidt he risks of construction quality,schedule,safety and other aspects.
