摘要
文中简要概述了文化砖的性能及其存在的问题,分析了文化砖的褪色现象,并通过采用不同的优化配合比改性和调整生产工艺参数两个方面对文化砖的褪色性能进行了改性试验。结果表明,不同优化技术手段对文化砖抗褪色性能都有影响。通过添加有机硅防水剂和降低色浆水灰比,采用水养护和文化砖表面喷洒乳液等措施均能够在一定程度上改善文化砖的抗褪色性能;延长文化砖蒸汽养护时间或提高蒸养温度,并不能有效降低文化砖褪色现象;随着养护龄期的增大,文化砖试件泛碱逐渐严重。
The paper outlines the performance and the problems of cultural brick,Analysis of the fading phenomenon of cultural brick;and through optimize the proportion of modified and changing production process parameters,the anti-fading properties of cultural bricks are affected by different optimization techniques.The anti-fading property of cultural bricks can be improved to some extent by adding organosilicon waterproofing agent,reducing the water-cement ratio of color paste,adopting water curing and spraying emulsion on the surface of cultural bricks when the steam curing time or temperature of culture brick is increased,the fading phenomenon of culture brick can not be reduced effectively.With the increase of maintenance age,the pan-alkali of cultural brick test piece is gradually serious.
