摘要
文中以某超高层建筑为例,对施工空间狭窄、基坑深度大、距地铁近的超高层建筑地下室半逆作法施工技术进行分析,并对实际的应用效果进行检测。结果表明,地下室支护桩的最大水平位移为12.3 mm,最大竖向位移为5.6 mm,周边建筑物的最大沉降量为4.8 mm,周边道路的最大沉降量为6.8 mm,均未达到预警值,满足设计方案的要求,表明半逆作法施工技术的施工效果良好。
This paper takes a super high-rise building as an example,analyzes the construction technology of semi-reverse method in the basement of the super high-rise building with narrow construction space,large foundation pit depth and close to the subway,and tests the actual application effect.The results show that the maximum horizontal displacement of the basement supporting pile is 12.3 mm,the maximum vertical displacement is 5.6 mm,the maximum settlement of the surrounding buildings is 4.8 mm,and the maximum settlement of the surrounding roads is 6.8 mm,all of which fail to reach the warning value and meet the requirements of the design scheme,indicating that the construction effect of the semi-reverse construction technique is good.
