摘要
在长期运营状态下,桥面沥青铺装层出现裂缝、车辙、骨料外露等病害,降低了驾驶的安全性和舒适性。文中以南照淮河大桥养护为背景,对高黏高弹超薄改性沥青罩面混合料的设计和施工控制过程进行研究,经过对专用级配混合料的试验和对施工后的桥面平整度、摩擦系数摆值、构造深度和渗水系数的验证发现,高黏高弹沥青具有优良的路用功能,有潜力成为桥面铺装层的一种新型材料。
In the long-term operation of bridges,the appearance of cracks,ruts,and exposed aggregates on the asphalt pavement of the bridge surface reduces the safety and comfort of driving.This article,set against the background of the maintenance of the Nanzhao Huai River Bridge,conducts research and analysis on the design and construction process control of high-viscosity and high-elastic ultra-thin modified asphalt wearing course mixtures.Through experiments on specialized graded mixtures and verification of post-construction surface smoothness,friction coefficient,structural depth and permeability coefficient of the bridge,it is found that high-viscosity and high-elastic asphalt has excellent road performance and potential to become a new type of material for bridge pavement layers.
