摘要
文中研究了再生粗骨料对碱激发透水混凝土物理力学性能的影响。再生粗骨料掺量为0、25%、50%、75%和100%,碱激发透水混凝土胶凝材料分别为50%的矿渣和50%的粉煤灰,使用的碱性活化剂是氢氧化钠和硅酸钠液体。结果表明,与普通透水混凝土相比,碱激发透水混凝土的和易性较差,具有较低的坍落度值,普通硅酸盐透水混凝土具有较好的和易性;碱激发透水混凝土和易性随着再生骨料替换率的增加而降低,与硅酸盐透水混凝土相比,碱激发透水混凝土的抗压强度提高了23%,抗压强度随着再生骨料替换率的增加而降低,碱激发透水混凝土和普通硅酸盐透水混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度显示出相似结果,透水系数和空隙率随着再生骨料的增加而增加。
The influence of recycled coarse aggregate on the physical and mechanical properties of alkali activated permeable concrete was experimentally studied.The percentage(mass fraction)of recycled coarse aggregate content is 0,25,50,75,and 100%.The cementitious materials for alkali activated permeable concrete are 50%slag and 50%fly ash,respectively.The alkaline activators used are sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate liquids.The research results indicate that compared with the control experiment,alkali activated permeable concrete has poorer workability and lower slump value.Ordinary silicate permeable concrete has higher water absorption capacity,and workability will decrease with the increase of recycled aggregate percentage.Compared with silicate permeable concrete,the compressive strength of alkali activated permeable concrete has increased by 23%,and the compressive strength will decrease with the increase of recycled aggregate percentage.At the same time,the splitting tensile strength results of alkali activated permeable concrete and ordinary silicate permeable concrete show almost similar values,and the permeability coefficient and porosity increase with the increase of recycled aggregate.
