摘要
液压顶升机广泛应用于矿山、建筑等工程领域,为防止液压顶升机在顶升过程和维持顶升过程中出现设备故障而发生事故,需要添加支垫物作为保险装置,随着顶升作业的进行,支垫物的高度要不断调整,这种方式既不方便又不安全。为此设计了具有自动跟随保险装置的液压顶升机,针对设计的具有自动跟随保险装置的液压顶升机,应用Ansys Ls-Dyna进行了冲击稳定性分析,得到了保险装置螺杆组合挠度和等效应力的变化规律以及螺杆组合产生的动力屈曲形态。分析结果表明螺杆组合可以承受重物在一定距离内的冲击作用,分析得到顶升过程中承重顶板与重物之间可存在的最大距离,为顶升机跟随控制设计提供了理论依据。
The hydraulic jacking machine is widely used in mining,construction and other engineering fields.In order to prevent the hydraulic jacking machine from accidents during the jacking process and the equipment failure during the jacking process,it is necessary to add the spacer as the safety device with the jacking up.The height of the work to be carried out is constantly adjusted,which is inconvenient and unsafe.A hydraulic jacking machine with automatic following safety device is designed for this purpose.And the impact stability analysis is carried out with ANSYS LS-DYNA,and the screw combination deflection of the fuse is obtained.The variation law of equivalent stress and the dynamic buckling shape produced by thescrew combination show that the screw combination can withstand the impact of the weight within a certain distance.The maximum distance that can exist between the load-bearing roof and the weight during the jacking process is obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the jacking machine following control.
