摘要
热气候条件下的高温燃油试验是运输类燃油系统适航取证考核项目之一,目的是验证飞机燃油系统在最大使用高度上是否有气塞或其他不正常现象。为了考核运输类飞机燃油系统在热气候条件下的工作能力,并符合适航条款的规定,要求飞机起飞前燃油箱的燃油温度必须达到规定的设计温度。通过对航空煤油加温系统影响因素和安全性分析,对试验关键参数进行了理论计算,提出了一种使用水浴加热方式对航空煤油进行加温的方法,研制了一套基于水浴加热方式的航空煤油加温系统。通过试验验证,证明该系统技术指标、运行程序等均满足热气候燃油系统试验要求,该系统的研制技术将为后续各型民用飞机的适航取证试飞提供技术支持。
The high-temperature fuel test under hot cli mate conditions is one of the airworthiness certification assessment items for transportation fuel systems.The purpose is to verify whether the aircraft fuel system has air locks or other abnormal phenomena at the maximum operating altitude.In order to evaluate the operating capability of the fuel system of the transport aircraft in hot weather conditions and to comply with the airworthiness provisions,it is required that the fuel temperature of the fuel tank before the aircraft takes off must reach the specified design temperature.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and safety of the aviation kerosene heating system,as well as the caculation of the test key parameters,a method for heating aviation kerosene using a water bath heating method was proposed,a set of heating methods based on the water bath was developed.The test and verification prove that the system’s technical indicators and operating procedures meet the requirements of the hot climate fuel system test.The development technology of this system will provide technical support for subsequent airworthiness certification flight tests of various types of civil aircraft.
