摘要
为了更好地解决刷洗鞋的问题,设计了一种多自由度全自动洗鞋机。主要由鞋面清洁机构、多自由度清洗与甩干机构、水流清洗机构和振动式鞋腔清洁机构组成。利用SolidWorks软件对洗鞋机各部分结构进行了三维设计,全自动控制系统采用arduino单片机作为控制核心,互联网APP实现操控,完成全自动清洗工作。制作了实物样机,试验测试分析表明:洗鞋完全能够实现智能化洗鞋,为智能家居洗鞋机领域市场化奠定了基础。
In order to better solve the problem of brushing shoes,A multi degree of freedom automatic shoe washing machine is designed.It is mainly composed of vamp cleaning mechanism,multi degree of freedom cleaning and drying mechanism,water flow cleaning mechanism and vibrating shoe cavity cleaning mechanism.The structure of each part of the shoe washing machine is designed by using SolidWorks software,Arduino single chip microcomputer is used as the control core,Internet app control,Complete automatic cleaning.The physical prototype is made.The test analysis shows that:Shoe washing can completely realize intelligent shoe washing,It has laid a foundation for the marketization of smart home shoe washing machine.
