摘要 常规液压挖掘机以发动机为动力源驱动液压泵,带动整机液压系统,完成相应动作,作业燃油供给便利,但燃油箱容积有限,需定时加油,燃油燃烧产生的废气、噪声,严重制约着节能减排;而电动机驱动液压泵作为新型动力源,具有节能环保等优点,不需定时加注燃油,可持续作业。基于此状态,油电双动力液压挖掘机作为挖掘机的一种特种机型诞生,同时装备发动机和电动机,使用电动机噪声低,无污染物排放,运营成本远低于发动机;无外接电网场所,发动机驱动,避免电动机驱动挖掘机受局限的不足。同时达到践行低碳环保措施,促进生态文明发展之目的。 Conventional hydraulic excavators use the engine as the power source to drive the hydraulic pump,driving the hydraulic system of the entire machine,and completing corresponding actions.The operation fuel supply is convenient,but the volume of the fuel tank is limited,requiring regular refueling.The exhaust gas and noise from fuel combustion seriously restrict energy conservation and emission reduction;As a new type of power source,electric motor driven hydraulic pump has the advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection,and it does not require regular refueling,ensuring sustainable operation.Based on this state,the oil electric dual power hydraulic excavator was born as a special type of excavator,equipped with both an engine and a motor.Using the motor,it has low noise and no pollutant emissions,and its operating cost is far lower than that of the engine;In places without external power grids,engine driven,to avoid limited short boards for motor driven excavators.At the same time,it aims to implement low-carbon environmental protection measures and promote the development of ecological civilization.
