深埋隧道电液一体化地应力模拟试验系统研制

摘要 为研究深埋隧道开挖时的施工力学过程,研制了大比例地应力模拟试验系统,该系统采用电液一体化控制,由外部反力框架、内部承载框架、走行系统、液压加载系统和电气控制系统5部分组成。其中,反力外框用于承受加载反力;内部承载框用于安装试验模型并承载加载力;走行系统用于内部承载框的移动;电液一体化控制系统用于给试验模型施加载荷,PID控制可实时监测加载力、控制系统输出压力,实现无级稳定加载。千斤顶既可单独施加力,也可整体施加力,可满足不同试验需求。对反力外框进行了强度分析,对加载试验框进行了土-框体耦合受力分析,两者的静强度、刚度均满足要求。该系统设计合理、操作简单、安全性高且加载数据精确,能很好地满足深埋隧道等的力学特性模拟,已成功开展了高速铁路大断面隧道底部变形机理及防控技术的研究。 In order to study the mechanical properties of excavating tunnel in deep underground,a large-scale test system has been developed.The device used electro-hydraulic integrated control mode,it includes the outer frame,internal box,running device,the hydraulic system for loading,and electrical system.The outer frame is for providing reaction force,the internal box for installing the test model and exerting the loading to the model,the running device for moving the internal box,the electro-hydraulic integrated control mode for exerting the loading,the PID controller for monitoring and controlling the loading and realizing stepless loading.In order to meet most test requirements,the oil cylinder can act individually or as a whole.The mechanical analysis of the outer frame and the internal box has been done,and the result is reasonable.So the structure is reasonable,the operation is simple,the safety is well,and the loading data is accurate.The equipment has been used for testing and meets all test requirements.
