摘要
从空调室外机换热能力原理、室外侧风量、冷凝器换热量计算方法方面分析,通过优化设计室外机外形尺寸、风扇、换热器关键参数,降低室外机高度,增加宽度、厚度,同时降低换热器高度,增加排数,把双风扇外机优化升级为单风扇型式;实验方法对两种室外机风量、风场、噪声、整机性能、单台材料成本、装箱量方面对比测试分析:得出两种室外机风量、噪声、整机性能相同,单风扇室外机风场更均匀,单台材料成本降低260元,装箱量提升20%,单风扇室外机可以替代双风扇外机的可行性结论。
From the analysis of the principle of the heat exchange capacity of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner,the outdoor side air volume,and the calculation method of the heat exchange of the condenser,by optimizing the design of the external size of the outdoor unit,the key parameters of the fan and the heat exchanger,the height of the outdoor unit is reduced,and the width and thickness are increased.Reduce the height of the heat exchanger,increase the number of rows,and optimized and upgraded the dual-fan outdoor unit to a single-fan type.The experimental method compares the two outdoor units in terms of air volume,wind field,noise,performance of the whole machine,material cost per unit,and packing volume:it is concluded that the air volume,noise,and performance of the two outdoor units are the same,and the wind field of the single-fan outdoor unit is more uniform,the material cost of a single unit is reduced by 260 yuan,and packing quantity is increased by 20%.
