摘要
将马克思主义政治经济学分为资本主义部分和社会主义部分,是符合马克思原意的。政治经济学的社会主义部分要从劳动的形式上的解放讲到劳动的实质上的解放。在从微观和宏观的角度进行划分的时候,不能被西方经济学的划分牵着鼻子走。马克思主义微观经济学分为资本主义微观经济学和社会主义微观经济学。其中,资本主义微观经济学可以由《资本论》中只涉及单个资本的内容构成,社会主义微观经济学要研究社会主义国家内部不同经济成分性质的经济单元的生产方式以及与之相适应的生产关系和交换关系,研究这些不同经济成分的发展趋势。马克思主义宏观经济学分为资本主义宏观经济学和社会主义宏观经济学。其中,资本主义宏观经济学可以由《资本论》中涉及多个资本甚至社会总资本的运动的内容构成,核心问题是社会总资本的价值补偿和物质补偿,本文称之为有机补偿。社会主义宏观经济学特别要研究计划经济的经验教训和社会主义市场经济的宏观调控。
Dividing the Marxist political economy into capitalist part and socialist part is in accordance with Marx’s original intention.Discussion of the socialist part of the political economy should proceed from the emancipation of labor in form to that in essence.When making such a division from micro and macro perspectives,we should not be led by the Western economics.Marxist microeconomics is divided into capitalist microeconomics and socialist microeconomics.Capitalist microeconomics can be constituted by the content which involves only individual capital in Capital,while socialist microeconomics should study the mode of production of economic units with different forms of ownership within a country and the corresponding relations of production and exchange,and study the development tendency of these different forms of ownership as well.Marxist macroeconomics is divided into capitalist macroeconomics and socialist macroeconomics.Capitalist macroeconomics can be composed by the content involving the movement of multiple capital and even aggregate social capital in Capital,the core problem is the value compensation and material compensation of the aggregate social capital,which is called organic compensation in this paper.Socialist macroeconomics should particularly study the experience and lessons of planned economy and macro.control of socialist market economy.
