异形拱壳结构钢化玻璃自爆机理研究

Research on mechanism of spontaneous breakage of tempered glass of specially-shaped arch-reticulated shell structures

摘要 为了研究某复杂异形拱壳结构屋面网壳钢化玻璃面板、拉索玻璃幕墙面板钢化玻璃频繁自爆问题及其解决措施,对其开展为期9个月的结构体系监测、检测,并采用现场实测数据建立结构整体有限元复核模型,研究结构受力、变形对钢化玻璃自爆的影响。结果表明:监测期内自爆玻璃具有渣点,杂质为其爆裂的内部原因;结构检测结果显示结构已存在较大变形,这是导致面板受力不均而发生自爆的主要原因;根据实测数据,斜拉索拉力对温度变化较为敏感,且部分拉索状态已较为松弛,会对结构体系变形产生不利影响;根据计算结果,结构体系较柔,在施工及使用过程中容易发生较大变形,对面板受力产生不利影响;根据幕墙位移监测记录,结构变形已趋于稳定,且玻璃自爆数量近年有显著下降,建议对松弛斜拉索进行补张拉,并采用光弹扫描法等对现有玻璃面板进行风险评估,预先更换自爆风险等级较高的面板。 Spontaneous breakage of tempered glass panels frequently occurred in the latticed shell and mono-lay cable net curtain wall of complex specially-shaped arch-reticulated shell structures.In order to explore the mechanism behind and to address the issue,a nine-month in-site inspection and monitoring was carried out,which was followed by a finite element structural analysis using the measured data.The results show that the spontaneous breakage of glass during the monitoring period is all associated with impurities inside the glass.According to the monitoring results,the breakage occurs when the structure has deformed greatly,which has resulted in nonuniform internal forces of the panels.The fluctuating force of stay cables and the slack cables may also have caused the deformation of the structure.According to the results of finite element analysis,the structure is relatively flexible and is thus prone to relatively large deformation during the construction and serving period,which is a negative factor for the stress state of the panels.According to the monitoring results,the deformation of the structure and the number of spontaneously broken glass panels tend to become stable with time.As precaution measures,it is recommended to re-stretch the slack cables,to evaluate the risk level of spontaneous breakage of panels through the method of photo elastic scanning and to replace high-risk glass panels in advance.
