摘要
根据2009年6月至2018年6月上市公司的样本数据,通过对于房地产投资影响CPI的机理及实证分析,探讨两者的影响机理和计量关系,实证研究表明民间房地产投资对CPI的拉动作用系数为0.0025,民间房地产投资每增加1个单位对CPI的拉升作用为0.0025个单位,为房地产政策的提出和实施提供参考。
Based on the sample data of listed companies from June 2009 to June 2018,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the impact of private real estate investment on CPI,explores the impact mechanism and quantitative relationship between the two.The coefficient of pulling action is 0.0025,and the increase in CPI of each unit of private real estate investment is 0.0025 units,in order to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of real estate policies.
