摘要
预应力锚索及基础灌浆(固结灌浆及帷幕灌浆)广泛应用水利水电工程建设中,锚索灌浆及基础灌浆的超灌一直是水利水电工程建设管理的一大难题。分析水利水电工程锚索灌浆及基础灌浆施工中超灌的原因,在总结以往超灌浆管控措施经验及问题的基础上,探讨较为系统的且适宜招标阶段采用的综合性管控措施,并介绍在国内多个大型水利水电工程建设中的使用效果。
Prestressed anchor cable and foundation grouting(consolidation grouting and curtain grouting)are widely used in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Overirrigation of anchor cable grouting and foundation grouting is always a difficult problem in the construction and management of water conservancy and hydropower projects.This paper analyzes the causes of overfilling in anchor cable grouting and foundation grouting construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects,summarizes the experience and problems of previous overfilling control measures,discusses the comprehensive control measures that are more systematic and suitable for bidding stage,and introduces the application effects in several large water conservancy and hydropower projects in China.
