摘要
针对当前工程项目管理承包(PMC)企业设计管理服务的不足及组织结构设计的缺陷问题,分析PMC如何实现快速有效服务于项目执行全过程的设计管理主要内容、主要方法及其项目管理组织机构设计,以及如何建立面向市场以项目执行为导向的新型PMC企业组织结构及其相应的核心业务流程,为相关企业实现流程再造,实施组织结构变革提供参考。
In view of the current project management contract(PMC)enterprise design management service deficiencies and defects of the organizational structure design,this paper mainly analyzes the main content,main methods of the design management and its project management organization design for PMC to realize the rapid and effective service of the whole process of project implementation management,and analyzes how to establish a market-oriented and project-execution-oriented PMC enterprise organizational structure and its corresponding core business processes,so as to provide reference for related enterprises to realize process reengineering and implement organizational structure reform.
