摘要
目前我国尚未形成相关的核电取水冷源安全政策,核电厂冷源安全的工作还处于科学研究和工程实践探索阶段。在阐述我国核电厂冷源系统构成的基础上,梳理了近年国内外典型核电厂冷源安全现状,分析了发生冷源安全事件的主要威胁,提出了加强冷源安全监管的政策建议,为保障核电厂冷源本质安全提供支持。
At present,China has not formed any relevant policy to supervise cooling water safety of NPPs.And the research of cooling water safety is still in the exploratory stage.Based on the description about the composition of cooling water system,this study summarized the current situation of cooling water safety among typical NNPs at home and abroad,analyzed the main threats of these cooling water blockage accidents,and provided some policy suggestions to strengthen the supervision of cooling water safety in order to support the essential safety of cooling water in NPPs.
