摘要
城市节水器具改造是"节水优先"理念下兼具民生、节水、减排综合效益的重要工作。以上海市2013—2018年间针对老式居民房屋里的16万只老式螺旋升降式铸铁水龙头改造项目为例,从使用环节、非使用环节、开关环节估算了节水参数,采用费用效益分析方法计算了直接效益和间接效益。结果表明,在水龙头的整个生命周期,平均单个水龙头投资59.54元,可收益164.14元,其中直接效益76.05元,间接效益88.14元,总效费比为2.76,经济、社会和环境效益显著,具有推广价值。
The transformation of urban water-saving appliances is an important work with comprehensive benefits of people’s livelihood,water saving and emission reduction under the concept of"water saving first".This paper takes 160000 old spiral lift cast iron faucets renovation projects in old residential buildings in Shanghai city from 2013 to 2018 as an example,and estimates watersaving parameters from using links,non-using links and switching links,and calculates direct and indirect benefits through cost-benefit analysis.The results show that in the whole life cycle of faucets,the average investment of a single faucet is 59.54 yuan,and the return is 164.14 yuan,of which the direct benefit is 76.05 yuan,the indirect benefit is 88.14 yuan,and the total effect-cost ratio is 2.76.The economic,social and environmental benefits are significant and have the value of popularization.
