摘要
为提高生化系统的脱氮效率,采用连续进水间歇曝气运行方式对山东夏津污水处理厂进行了生产性试验,设定了3种曝气-停曝工况进行比较。结果表明:当采用工况2——曝3(h)停3(h)的运行方式时,生化系统总氮去除效率提升最高,生化池出水总氮能够达到9.1 mg/L。通过间歇曝气试运行,夏津污水厂生化系统脱氮能力明显加强,总氮去除率由原先连续曝气时的55.2%上升到间歇曝气时的75.7%,在进水碳源相对匮乏的时候(COD/TN<4.5),不投加外部碳源,出水总氮能够稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准,年化节约碳源投加费用115.16万元。
The operation mode of continuous influent intermittent aeration was adopted to carry out the productive experimental study on Shandong Xiajin Wastewater Treatment Plant,and three intermittent aeration conditions were set for comparison and optimization.The results show that the total nitrogen removal efficiency of the system can reach the highest when the aeration 3 h intermission 3 h condition is used.Through the trial operation of intermittent aeration,the denitrification ability of the biochemical system of Xiajin Wastewater treatment plant was significantly enhanced,and the total nitrogen removal rate increased from 55.2%in the original continuous aeration to 75.7%in the intermittent aeration.When the influent carbon source was relatively scarce(COD/TN<4.5),without adding external carbon source,the effluent total nitrogen could stably reach the first class a standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002),and the annual carbon saving was achieved 1.516 million yuan.
