摘要
考察pH值、H_(2)O_(2)浓度、Fe^(2+)浓度、CaO投加量等条件对污泥过滤速度和成饼污泥含水率的影响,采用Fenton试剂和CaO联合调理,通过单因素试验和二次响应曲面法建立的最佳反应条件为pH值3.43、FeSO_(4)12.55mg/g、H_(2)O_(2)15.31mg/g以及CaO 16.61mg/g。通过中试优化试验得出的Fenton试剂/CaO联合调理污泥的最佳反应条件:压滤机污泥进料时间为90min,压榨时间为30 min,pH值、FeSO_(4)、H_(2)O_(2)以及CaO的投加量分别为3.43mg/g、12.31mg/g、14.96 mg/g和13.39mg/g,可将污泥含水率由97.5%降至29.70%左右。通过与CaO/FeCl_(3)和PAC/PAM两种污泥调理剂对比,Fenton药剂从泥饼含水率、药剂成本方面占有绝对优势。
The effects of pH value,H_(2)O_(2)concentration,Fe^(2+)concentration and CaO dosage on sludge filtration rate and moisture content of cake forming sludge were investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were pH 3.43,FeSO_(4)12.55 mg/g,H_(2)O_(2)15.31 mg/g and CaO 16.61 mg/g,respectively.The optimal reaction conditions of Fenton reagent/CaO combined sludge conditioning obtained through the pilot test optimization experiment:the sludge feed time of the filter press is 90 min,the pressing time is 30 min,the pH,FeSO_(4),H_(2)O_(2)and CaO The dosages are 3.43,12.31 mg/g,14.96 mg/g and 13.39 mg/g,respectively,which can reduce the sludge moisture content from 97.5%to about 29.70%.Compared with CaO/FeCl_(3)and PAC/PAM sludge conditioning agents,Fenton agent has absolute advantages in mud cake moisture content and agent cost.
