特殊建筑与小区海绵城市规划设计方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着全国各地海绵城市建设理念的不断推进,建筑与小区海绵城市建设成为必然趋势。由于不同专业、不同行业技术人员对于海绵城市认知存在差异,使得规划设计方案质量参差不齐,尤其是建设条件较为苛刻的建筑与小区,采用常规设计方法实现规划目标并能解决实际问题难度较大。选取低绿地率老旧小区、工业厂房和带有下沉广场的建筑小区三类特殊建筑与小区,分别提出海绵城市规划设计方法。并选取三个典型案例作为研究对象,逐一深入研究,通过梳理项目基本情况、建设条件分析、提出规划目标、设施布局以及方案评估等环节,对各类特殊建筑与小区海绵城市规划设计方法进行诠释,为落实区域海绵城市管控指标与规划设计方案审查提供有力的科学依据。 With the sponge city construction progress all over the country,sponge city construction of building and community has become an inevitable trend.There are differences in the technical personnel cognition to sponge city in different majors and different trades,caused the qualities of the planning and design proposal were irregularity.Especially aiming at building and community of hard construction condition,there are great difficulties to realize planning targets and solve practical problems by using conventional design method.Three types special buildings and communities,including the old community with low greening rate,industrial plant and the building and community with a sinking square,were selected.Sponge city planning and design method of this three types special buildings and communities were presented.Three typical cases were taken as examples.The article further researched these examples one by one.Through combing the basic situation,analyzing construction condition,putting forward to the planning target,layout of low impact development facilities and project evaluation,this paper gives an interpretation for the sponge city planning and design methods of all kinds of special buildings and communities.These works provided strong scientific basis for limits of control index implementation of area sponge city and scheme review of planning and design proposal.
