摘要
近现代以来日本木结构建筑的相关法规经历了限制、缓和到促进的一系列变化,现已进入中大型木结构推广的时代。其中,正交胶合木备受日本政府重视。从法规制定和支援政策两个方面论述其推广思路。经年增长的CLT建筑数量一方面显示出其普及路线的有效性,同时也暴露出标准过严、不完善,生产体系不稳定等问题,需要从实践积累、技术研发、法规修订等方面不断互动改进。
Since modern times,the laws and regulations of wooden structure buildings in Japan have undergone a series of changes from restriction,relaxation,to promotion.Nowadays,Japan has entered the era of promoting medium and large wooden structures.This article discusses the CLT’s popularization route in Japan from regulation formulation and subsidy support two aspects.The increasing CLT projects shows its effectiveness while also exposes problems such as inadequate standards and unstable production and supply systems,which requires continuous improvement.
