以燕郊嘉都茂晟街项目为例,在以类住宅为主的功能前提下,以城市、公共视角为出发点,在产品利润率与公共环境品质的博弈中,尝试构建高品质城市空间。
Taking Jiadu Maoshengjie project in Yanjiao as an example,under the premise of urban residential functions,starting from the urban and public perspectives,it tries to build high-quality urban space between product profit rate and public environment quality.
