摘要
针对超高、大跨度、多倾角造型场馆结构,进行方案和经济效益对比优化,总结了一套大跨度空间钢桁架综合施工方案。采用累积滑移和自平衡整体提升的施工方法,大幅减少了高空焊接,提高施工效率,减少机械和支撑胎架的投入,满足安全、质量和进度要求。
In view of the structure of super high,large span and multi-dip-angle structure,the scheme and economic benefits are compared and optimized,and a set of comprehensive construction scheme of large span space steel truss is summarized.The construction method of cumulative slippage and self-balancing overall improvement is adopted,which greatly reduces high-altitude welding,improves construction efficiency,reduces mechanical input and support tire frame input,and meets safety,quality and schedule requirements.
