摘要
随着政府大力倡导和相关政策的鼓励,装配式建筑相关的设计、施工、质量控制等相关规范不断出台,装配式建筑得到了较为广泛的应用。装配式建筑包括纯装配式建筑和局部装配式建筑,其中装配式楼梯是局部装配式建筑中的重要组成部分,结合装配式楼梯的安装施工中存在的质量问题,提出了施工质量控制的措施,以更好地保证预制楼梯的施工质量与施工工期。
With the encouragement of the government and the encouragement of relevant policies,relevant specifications for design,construction and quality control related to prefabricated buildings have been introduced continuously,and prefabricated buildings have also been widely used.The prefabricated building is divided into purely assembled building and partially assembled building.The assembled stair is an important part of the partially assembled building.This paper puts forward the construction quality control in combination with the quality problems existing in the installation and construction of the assembled stair.Measures to better guarantee the construction quality and construction period of prefabricated stairs.
