摘要
当前我国许多地区高层住宅都广泛应用钢结构装配式建筑,但在应用过程中也存在绿色环保意识缺乏、设计水平不高、设计规范缺失等问题。基于此,分析高层钢结构装配式住宅建筑应用优势,明确高层钢结构装配式住宅建筑专业设计要点,为钢结构装配式住宅建筑的发展提供参考。
At present,steel structure prefabricated buildings are widely used in many high-rise residences in China,but there are also problems such as lack of awareness of environmental protection,low level of design,and lack of design specifications.Based on this,analyze the application advantages of high-rise steel structure prefabricated residential buildings,clarify the major design points of high-rise steel structure prefabricated residential buildings,and provide a reference for the development of steel structure prefabricated residential buildings.
