摘要
针对市政道路工程项目管理,在介绍项目传统承包模式与EPC总承包模式的对比,提出EPC总承包模式优势特点的基础上,对其在市政道路工程项目管理中的具体应用进行深入分析,旨在为实际的市政道路工程项目管理工作提供有效方法,提高项目管理水平。
In view of the municipal road project management,this paper introduces the comparison between the traditional project contracting mode and the EPC general contracting mode,and puts forward the advantages and characteristics of the EPC general contracting mode.Based on the analysis of its specific application in the municipal road project management,it aims to provide an effective method for the actual municipal road project management and improve the project management level.
