摘要
系统研究了老旧小区砖混建筑抗震节能改造的施工工序及影响主要改造功能的关键技术。针对老旧小区改造砖墙加固、裂缝修补、粘贴憎水岩棉板、粘结钢网岩棉薄抹灰板层等主要土建施工工序,以常见质量问题为导向,提出了技术控制要点,并建立了标准化的施工范式,可为当前国内正在开展的老旧小区抗震节能改造工程及相关研究,提供技术支持和理论参考。
The construction process and key technology of a seismic energy-saving reconstruction engineering of the old residential areasis studied.The standardization construction model and the technology controlled system are put forward based on the quality questions about brick wall strengthening,crack repair,pasting hydrophobic rock wool board etc.The standardization construction model could be used in the seismic energy-saving reconstruction engineering of the old residential areas.
