摘要
基于"压路机碾压+平板振动"碾压在碎石土混合料雪基塑形施工中的应用,对不同碾压工况下雪基的沉降差和空隙率进行试验研究。压实中主要涉及能量积聚和能量耗散,其中能量耗散主要用于大颗粒破碎、克服碎石颗粒间滑移摩擦和粘聚力、空气和水分排除等所耗散的能量。试验结果表明,雪道碎石土填料采用"压路机碾压+平板振动"组合碾压7遍,先用超重型振动压路机先弱振1遍,再强振5遍,最后采用光轮压路机静压收1遍,其中最适宜的平板振动夯秒数为振动7 s+4 s+2 s。
Based on the application of"roller rolling+plate vibration"rolling in the snow base plastic construction of gravel soil mixture,the settlement difference and void ratio of snow base under different rolling conditions are studied.From the point of view of energy,this paper expounds the mechanism of vibration compaction of snow-based gravel soil,which mainly involves energy accumulation and energy dissipation,among which energy dissipation is mainly used for breaking large particles,overcoming sliding friction and cohesion between gravel particles,air and water removal,etd.The test results show that the gravel soil filler of the snow track is rolled 7 times by the combination of"roller rolling+plate vibration",the super heavy vibrating roller is used first to vibrate weakly,then to vibrate strongly for 5 times,and finally to collect by the static pressure of the smooth wheel roller.The most suitable plate vibration tamping seconds are vibration 7 s+4 s+2 s.
