摘要
拌沥青混合料作为一种绿色、节能、环保的路面新材料,与传统的热拌沥青混合料相比,其拌和及摊铺温度降低30℃以上。结合广中江高速二期工程温拌沥青混合料路面的铺筑,总结基于掺入表面活性型温拌剂的温拌混合料的设计、施工,验证了室内及路用性能,最后分析了温拌沥青混合料在普通路段中的社会经济效益,从而为类似工程提供借鉴。
As a new green,energy-saving and environment-friendly pavement material,the mixing and paving temperature of asphalt mixture is reduced by more than 30℃compared with traditional hot-mix asphalt mixture.This paper summarizes the design and construction of warm-mix asphalt mixture based on mixing surface-active warm-mix agent in combination with the paving of warm-mix asphalt mixture pavement in Guangzhou-Zhongjiang Expressway Phase II Project,verifies the indoor and road performance,and finally analyzes the social and economic benefits of warm-mix asphalt mixture in ordinary road sections,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
