摘要
现代社会生活中到处充满着大数据,对大数据的获取和分析在一定程度上可以影响到政府政策的制定。民用建筑"四节一环保"大数据及获取机制构建,顺应了我国节能、降耗、减排、绿色和低碳经济的发展趋势。本文从民用建筑"四节一环保"大数据指标体系构建出发,通过研究多维数据获取渠道、集成数据获取方法、主体协同获取责任,以及数据获取制度等保障措施,形成我国民用建筑"四节一环保"大规模数据持续获取、更新与共享机制。
Modern social life is full of big data.To a certain extent,the acquisition and analysis of big data can influence the formulation of government policies."Four conservation and one environmental protection"big data acquisition conforms to the development trend of energy conservation,consumption reduction,emission reduction,green economy and low-carbon economy in China.Starting from the construction of"four sections and one environmental protection"big data index system of civil buildings,Through the study of multi-source data acquisition channels,integrated data acquisition methods,coordinated acquisition responsibilities of related entities,and safeguards such as the data acquisition system,the continuous update and sharing of large-scale data acquisition of the"four sections and one environmental protection"of civil buildings in China is finally formed.
