摘要
目前商住项目的快速发展,导致带转换层的高层建筑广泛出现,对于转换构件的分析和设计对框支结构尤为重要。文章根据实际工程,对框支框架在中大震下的性能进行分析,以保证框支结构抗震能力。经过分析可知,有效加强框支构件,可有效控制损伤出现在转换层以上,保证转换结构大震不倒,为今后类似工程提供了一定的借鉴和参考。
At present,the rapid development of commercial and residential projects has led to the widespread appearance of high-rise buildings with conversion floors.The analysis and design of conversion components is particularly important for frame-supported structures.Based on the actual project,the article analyzes the performance of the frame-supported frame under moderate and large earthquakes to ensure the seismic capacity of the frame-supported structure.After analysis,it can be seen that the effective strengthening of framesupported members can effectively control damage to appear above the conversion layer,and ensure that the conversion structure does not fall due to a major earthquake,which provides a certain reference and reference for similar projects in the future.
