摘要
结合CIGS光伏建筑一体化技术,通过多能互补的新能源光伏小镇规划案例,探究未来绿色能源小镇发展的模式。通过对小镇内各功能组团的能源消耗与利用进行分析,打造绿色能源的本区消纳、分区互补的规划布局。同时设置绿色能源智慧调配系统,统一调配小镇各组团的能源供给和使用,从而保障能源的最大化利用。小镇内交通系统、生态环境及垃圾处理系统等保障小镇正常运转的基础设施体系构建中,也将植入能源生产与使用的绿色循环理念,从而最终打造一个"布局有机、功能复合、交通集约、零碳运转、活力多彩"的适合未来城市发展的新能源小镇的典型样板。
Through the planning cases of new energy PV towns with multi-energy complementation system,combined with the CIGS—BIPV technology,this paper explores the development mode of green energy town in the future.By analyzing the energy consumption and utilization of each functional group in the town,the planning arrangement with green energy consumption in local region and complementary in different region is created.Meanwhile,a green energy intelligent allocation system will be set up in the town to uniformly distribute the energy supply and use of each group in the town,so as to ensure the maximum utilization of energy.In addition,the green cycle concept of energy production and utilization will be also added in the construction of infrastructure system that guarantees the normal operation of the town,such as the construction of transportation system,ecological environment construction and garbage disposal system,etc.Thereby,a template of new energy town with"organic arrangement,functions composite,intensive transportation,zero carbon operation,and colorful vitality"will be created,which is suitable for future urban development.
