摘要
以三甲医院门诊采血区为研究对象,围绕其精细化设计的两个重要指标—采血窗口数和等候座位数展开研究。针对7家典型规模的三甲医院,研究首先运用排队论构建采血排队模型,得出各家医院采血窗口数的最优值,建立"日均门诊量-采血窗口数"的函数关系,提出最优采血窗口数计算公式。其次,基于最优采血窗口数,运用Anylogic构建采血区仿真模型,测算各家医院等候区高峰时段人数的最大值及平均值,建立"日均门诊量-等候座位数"函数关系,提出两个舒适度等级的等候座位数计算公式。研究明确了三甲医院门诊采血区两个设计指标的计算方法,为其精细化设计提供了量化依据。
This article takes the outpatient blood collection area of the Grade III Level A hospital as the research object,and focuses on two important indexes of its refined design-the number of blood collection windows and the number of waiting seats.Picking up seven typical-scale the Grade III Level A hospitals as the samples,the research firstly uses the queuing theory to construct the blood collection queuing model,to obtain the optimal value of the number of blood collection windows of each hospital,establish the functional relationship of"average daily outpatient volume-number of blood collection windows",and propose the most formula for calculating the number of optimal blood collection windows.Secondly,based on the optimal number of blood collection windows,Anylogic is used to construct the blood collection area simulation model,also the maximum and average number of people in the waiting area of each hospital during peak hours are measured.At the same time,the"average daily outpatient volume-number of waiting seats"function relationship is established and the calculation formula of the number of waiting seats for each comfort level is created.The paper clarifies the calculation method of the two design indicators of the outpatient blood collection area of the Grade III Level A hospital,additionally provides a quantitative basis for its refined design.
