摘要
在治理、全球治理以及全球经济治理相关文献梳理的基础上,本文通过对当前全球经济治理机制演变过程中我国定位和发展的分析,提出中国参与全球经济治理,需要建立以中国发展经验为基础的新的全球经济治理理论,加强在全球范围内特别是发展中国家的人才培养,并对中国参与和引领全球经济治理提出政策建议。
Based on the literature review of global economic governance,this paper analyzes China’s positioning in the evolving global economic governance mechanism.China’s active participation in global economic governance will need to introduce a new guiding economic theory developed according to China’s development experience.In this regards,human resources development and capacity building especially in developing countries will be crucial.Further,this paper puts forward concrete and practical policy suggestions and steps for China to participate in and lead the global economic governance.
