摘要
木质制品工艺学是木材科学与工程、家具设计与制造等专业学习木制品原料特性、结构种类、加工工艺的一门核心课程。然而,随着技术革新和经济发展变化,木制品的加工工艺也在不断变化,现有教学模式和教学内容已经很难适应行业发展需求。对此,该论文从课程实践教学、教学形式、教学内容等三个方面,通过增加实践教学比重、引入"对分课堂"教学模式、不断更新教学内容等措施进行了课程教学改革,旨在提升学生的主动性、创新性,培养其提出问题和解决问题的能力,并使其掌握行业发展动态,适应行业发展需求,为家具与木制品行业的发展提供专业型人才。
Wood Products Technology course is an important professional course for undergraduates majoring in Wood Science and Engineering and Furniture Design and Manufacturing.This course covers raw materials,structure and classification,and processing technology of wood products.With the development of technology and economy,the wood products technology is being changed,that makes it hard for the present course teaching to adapt to the requirements of industry development.Hence,the reforms and practices were carried out from the aspects of strengthening the practice teaching,introducing the PAD(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion)class teaching mode,and updating the teaching content.By this way,the learning initiative,innovativeness,and problem-solving ability of students were enhanced.In addition,they can obtain a better grasp on the development trend and meet the demand of the wood industry.
