摘要
地方本科院校大多地处教育资源、人才资源等比较滞后的偏远地区,面临着资金、人才紧缺的状况,专业竞争力不强,为社会提供人才的后劲不足,创建优势特色专业成为地方新建本科院校发展的首要任务。文章阐述了百色学院在转型发展过程中打造优势特色专业的探索与实践,提出当前地方本科院校进一步推进优势特色专业建设的展望。
Most of the local colleges and universities are located in remote areas where educational resources and human resources are lagging behind.They are facing a shortage of funds and human resources,and their professional competitiveness is not strong,establishing advantageous specialty with characteristics has become the primary task for the development of newly-established local universities.This paper expounds the exploration and practice of Baise University in the process of transformation and development,and puts forward the prospect of further promoting the construction of dominant specialty in current local universities.
