摘要
临床医学专业本科生是未来医疗事业发展的后备人才,临床医生需具备高超的医疗知识与技能、领导团队合作的精神以及医疗管理的能力。文章通过问卷调查和访谈,并对结果进行分析。提出加强领导力与团队精神培育体系建设,扩大培育覆盖面;转变认知,加强思想引领,落实科学培养;在医学实习中,落实领导力意识培育等基本路径来实施对临床医学专业本科生领导力和团队精神的培育。
Undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine are the reserve talents for the development of medical career in the future.Clinicians need to have superb medical knowledge and skills,the spirit of leading team cooperation and the ability of medical management.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper analyzes the results.It is proposed to strengthen the construction of leadership and team spirit cultivation system and expand the cultivation coverage;Change cognition,strengthen ideological guidance and implement scientific training;In medical practice,we should implement the basic paths such as the cultivation of leadership consciousness to cultivate the leadership and team spirit of clinical medical undergraduates.
