摘要
工程伦理是工程类专业硕士培养的重要课程,有助于提高学生的工程伦理决策能力和解决实际工程问题的能力,对规范工程师的行为活动具有至关重要的作用。工程伦理的教学中,案例教学具有多方面的优势,有助于发展和提升学生分析、合理推理和批判性思维的能力。通过案例教学,教师可以通过向学生展示“现实世界道德问题的复杂性和模糊性”,为学生提供探索问题性质和影响解决方案的环境,使其了解不同工程师的观点并针对不同观点进行思考,确定解决伦理问题的优先选项并做出正确决定。
Engineering ethics is an important course for the cultivation of engineering masters,which helps to improve students’engineering ethics decision-making ability and ability to solve practical engineering problems,and plays a vital role in standardizing the behavior and activities of engineers.In the teaching of engineering ethics,case teaching has many advantages,which help to develop and improve students’analytical,rational reasoning and critical thinking skills.Through case studies,teachers can demonstrate to students"the complexity and ambiguity of real-world ethical problems"in an effective and memorable way,providing an environment for students to explore the nature of the problem and influence solutions,so that they can understand and think about different engineers’perspectives,identify priorities for solving ethical problems and make the right decisions.
